Taking Over Mondays!
It’s Monday! Welcome to the first Monday of April. Monday’s get a bad wrap. Have you ever had a “case of the Monday’s”? A “case of the Monday’s” is a bad mood brought on by the onset of the workweek or the school week. I would like to recover our Monday’s! Let’s take it back!
Let’s focus in on a couple of moments today. Lunch and home time!
The Lunch Time
- Drink water 
- Eat something health 
- Take a 20 minuet walk 
- Read God’s Word (check out today’s Daily Gaze) 
Back At Home
- Grab your spouse and kids and do the “seven minuet workout” pictured above. There are 12 exercises. Do each with 10-15 reps and wait 30 seconds in between. Try doing the whole workout 2-3 times. The seven minuet workout is a great tool. When you feel more comfortable move to 15-20 reps with 15-20 seconds of rest in between. 
- Drink more water 
- Eat a solid/healthy dinner (check out an idea here) 
- Limit screen time 
- Go to bed by 10am 
Bonus!
- Drink good coffee and meet with God : “In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.” (Psalms 5:3) 
- Wake up a bit earlier to run through the seven minuet workout before you get your Tuesday - Friday going!
